As you can see from the following screenshot of Mr. Teo En Ming (sgvideoman)'s Central Provident Fund (CPF) employer contribution history, Mr. Teo En Ming keeps getting fired and/or forced to resign job after job even though he has a good university/college degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore, a good diploma in mechatronics engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a good GCE "O" Levels certificate with straight As. Mr. Teo En Ming is presently 38 years old as at 2nd September 2016. Other university graduates from his cohort are already earning more than SGD$10,000 per month while Mr. Teo En Ming still belongs to the LOW INCOME earners group earning less than SGD$1600 per month. Again, as you can see from the screenshot of Teo En Ming's CPF contribution history below, Mr. Teo En Ming is still receiving Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) as at 29 August 2016. The fact that Mr. Teo En Ming is still receiving Workfare Income Supplement shows that he belongs to the LOW INCOME earners group. Only Singaporeans who earn below SGD$1900 per month are eligible for Workfare Income Supplement. This is an irony as Mr. Teo En Ming has a good college degree, a good polytechnic diploma and a good GCE "O" Levels certificate.
